We ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. So, depending on when the purchase was made, it can take between 1 and 5 days.
Yes, although the following conditions must be taken taken into account:
- The garment must have its tags, be unused, and cannot be dirty or washed.
- It must be shipped within 5 days of delivery.
- The customer must cover the cost of return shipping. Only in special cases, such as the garment having a defect or being different from the order, will a refund be issued.
- Return shipping must be via Correos de Costa Rica, unless another alternative is coordinated in advance.
